✅ Steps to Integrate Weighing Scale Label Printer in Billees

1. Product Setup in Item Master

• Go to Item Master.
• Enter a unique product code starting from 10001.
• Note: The code must be exactly 5 digits.
• Example: First product – 10001, second – 10002, and so on.

2. Enable Weighing Scale Integration

• In the item settings, locate the "Weighing Scale Integration" option.
• Select: Barcode Label Printing Scale.
• 💡 For faster setup, use the Bulk-Update feature to apply settings to multiple items.

3. Export PLU Price List to the Weighing Scale

• Navigate to: Main Menu > Inventory > Barcode Label Print
• Click the Export button at the top-right corner of the screen.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to export the PLU price list to the scale.

★ For Label Weight Scale Vendor – Machine Barcode Configuration

Please configure the barcode format in the machine as follows:

<PRODUCT UNIQUE CODE (5 digits)><WEIGHT IN GRAMS (5 digits)>

Example:
Product Code: 10001
Weight: 250 grams
Barcode: 1000100250
